Jem is her name, no one else is the same, which is true in some sense, but not true in others, because she's also the alter ego of Jerrica Benton, which is surprising to everyone, including Raya, who found out her secret in the episode The Talent Search (Part 1). A few others have also found out Jem's secret identity, including the President of the United States and an elderly woman from the Shangri-La mountain, who at first thought it was magic.
