Larry Talbot, better as the Wolf-Man is a character who originally came from the 1941 horror movie and 2010 remake of the same name. It is a werewolf-like creature who appears more humanoid or animal (canid) in appearance. In the film adaptation of Ready Player One, the Wolf-Man is seen as an avatar through the various worlds of the OASIS.
Appearance[]
The Wolf-Man, as it's name states, is a werewolf, originally a human named Larry Tabolt, whom upon looking at the full moon, grew canid features, resembles more human (humanoid). It has a shorter, human nose-like snout and has fur all over it's body. It has sharp claws (or paws) and teeth. The Wolf-Man is known to be a brutal werewolf. In the 2010 remake, it retains it's appearance, albeit more hairy and grizzly. He wears a white shirt, a black waistcoat, pants, and whose clothes are generally very dirty and torn in small areas.
Role in Ready Player One[]
The Wolf-Man steps out of the log in orb, whom he howls as he enters. He later reappears when Aech calls Parzival, while he is battling on Planet Doom. He is spotted by Aech, as he fights with Daito and Sho, teaming up with Scorpion and Deadshot. He was the first to be defeated from a distance by Aech using a sniper rifle, a headshot at that.
he later reappears watching Pavial's broadcast on Incipio with Catwoman and the Arkham Knight. He then appears in the final battle, whom he mistakes Art3mis for an IOI soldier, who was infiltrating the IOI servers with an actual IOI soldier suit. Like his fellow fighters, he is zeroed out by the Cataclyst.
